On behalf of the Commissioners of Beaver, Greene, and Washington Counties, the Southwest Corner Workforce Development Board, incorporating Beaver, Greene, and Washington Counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is soliciting proposals for One-Stop Service Operators for PA CareerLink® centers in Beaver, Greene, and Washington Counties. Southwest Corner Workforce Development Board envisions utilizing a consortium model of Operator delivery, fully explained within the RFP.
